Ung Sam Oeun has been working as Counterpart-Project Officer for Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary project, since 2006. Mr. Sam Oeun also works as Vice Chief of National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary Office, for the Department of Nature Conservation and Protection. Mr. Sam Oeun serves as Chief of Administration and Planning, for the Office of International Convention and Biodiversity, General Department of Administration for Nature Conservation and Protection, Ministry of Environment. Mr. Sam Oeun has over ten years experience in the field of natural and wildlife conservation with government and non government organisations, and has a Bachelor of Science, Engineer of Agronomy.
